Q: How do I choose the right size for a Hat?
A: Most of our Hats are available in standard sizes (Small, Medium, Large) or are adjustable (with inner drawstrings or Velcro straps). A detailed size chart is posted on each Hat product page—measure your head circumference (using a soft tape measure around the widest part of your head, just above the ears) and compare to the chart. For example:
  • Small Hat: 21–21.5” head circumference
  • Medium Hat: 21.5–22” head circumference
  • Large Hat: 22–22.5” head circumference

Q: How do I care for Silk scarves and shawls to keep them in good condition?
A: Silk is a delicate fabric—follow these care tips:
  • Hand wash in cold water with mild, pH-neutral detergent (avoid bleach or fabric softener).
  • Gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring, as this can damage fibers).
  • Lay flat to dry on a clean towel (avoid direct sunlight, which can fade colors).
  • Iron on low heat (silk setting) while slightly damp—place a thin cloth between the iron and the Silk to prevent scorching.
  • Store folded in a dry, cool place (avoid hanging, as this can stretch the fabric).

Q: Are your Popular bags made of real leather?
A: Our Popular bags include both real leather and high-quality vegan leather options—this is clearly noted in the “Material” section of each bag’s product page. Real leather bags are crafted from genuine cowhide or lambskin (durability and softness), while vegan leather bags use cruelty-free, polyurethane-based materials (water-resistant and easy to clean). Both options are designed to be long-lasting.
Q: Can I return a Hat if it doesn’t fit my head?
A: Yes—if the Hat is unused, in original packaging, and has no signs of wear (e.g., makeup stains, hair oils), you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery (per our Return & Exchange Policy). We recommend checking the size chart or contacting us for sizing help before ordering to avoid returns.
Q: How long does shipping take, and what are the costs?

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We are working to expand international shipping to Canada and the EU in late 2025—sign up for our email list to get updates!
