Order Acceptance
Your order is confirmed only when we send a formal order confirmation email to your provided address. We reserve the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:
- Stock shortages (for non-custom Hat, Popular bags, or Silk scarves and shawls).
- Pricing errors (e.g., incorrect sale prices due to technical glitches on our platform).
- Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information (we will contact you to confirm details before canceling).
- Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment information, duplicate orders with the same shipping address).
Payment Terms
- We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement to secure your accessories.
- For orders over $150, we offer split payment options via PayPal Pay in 4 (no interest for qualifying purchases—see checkout for details).
- Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers—we never store or access your full payment details.
Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate, detailed descriptions of our Hat, Popular bags, and Silk scarves and shawls (materials, sizes, colors) and high-quality product images. However, minor variations may occur:
- Color Differences: Screen resolution and lighting can cause slight color variations (e.g., a “Burgundy Silk Scarf” may appear deeper or lighter in person).
- Fabric Variations: Small differences in Silk scarf texture (due to natural silk fiber variations) or Hat brim stiffness (for straw Hats) are normal in batch production and not considered defects.
- Hardware Variations: Popular bags’ zipper or buckle finishes may have minor inconsistencies (e.g., slight shine differences)—this is common with handcrafted accessories.
We are not liable for minor discrepancies between product images and the received item, but we will work with you to resolve significant issues (e.g., wrong material type for a Popular bag).
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) you ordered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including (but not limited to) damage to a Hat from improper storage, wear and tear on Popular bags from daily use, or color fading of Silk scarves due to incorrect care.
Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in business practices (e.g., updated Silk care guidelines) or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on our platform, and your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
